Designed by Spencer Partnership Architects. Granite kitchens feature a stainless appliance package and refrigerator for each unit.  Elegant granite bathrooms streamlined with contemporary fixtures contain separate tubs and showers. All of the units have washer/dryer connections.

Live Oak Lofts have been constructed within an old 1930s brick warehouse, and developed in an architectural style that pays homage to the strong urban industrial ambience, befitting the community. The distinctive design of the lofts celebrates the urban contemporary theme, with exposed duct work, pipes, brick, stainless steel, and raw hardwood and concrete floors.
